Dr Akindele (49 Years) is an alumnus of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan where he obtained his MBBS (Ib) degree as well as extensive training in Health Policy and Management. Before venturing into healthcare management, health administration and health insurance, he worked as a doctor at various hospitals including University of Ibadan Health Services and ARAMED Centre, Ibadan.  He has thus garnered extensive experience in medical practice and managed care spanning over 22 years, 14 years of which has been in the Nigerian health insurance space.

Miss Agbese is a graduate of Law from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). Before joining Veritas Healthcare Service, she has worked with Bondwell Insurance Brokers ltd as an Assistant Manager / Head of Legal Services where she was in charge of all administrative processes of the Organization. She had worked previously with the Capital Market Training Institute of the Security and Exchange Commission prior to her engagement at Bondwell. A lover of music and all things Art, Barrister Enene is a well-rounded professional who is passionate about success and delivering results at all times

Agbenyo is a graduate of Business Administration from the Kogi State University, Kogi and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). His work experience with over 10years in HMO and management from Internal Auditor to the Head of Accounts. Agbenyo, a versatile professional, has attended many professional development and financial services courses.

Mr Hamza is an Associate Member of Health Insurance Institute of Health Insurance and Managed Care in Nigeria holds a Post Graduate in GIS, Kaduna State University and B.Sc. Degree in Geography from Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto. He joined Veritas Healthcare Ltd, in 2007 (formally Healthcare Security Limited) he is working in the Underwriting department, and rose to the position of Manager. He also worked with Hallmark HMO Limited, as Reginal Manager North in Abuja.

An astute Professional, currently heading the Underwriting and Client relations department.

Al-Amin is an alumnus of Informatics Institute Singapore, where he obtained International Advance Diploma in Computing. He has been in the field of Information Technology and Computing for the past fifteen (15) years, with relevance in Network administration, Website Development, and I.T related projects.

As a consummate professional and I.T Specialist Al-Amin leads the Information and Digital Technologies Department of Veritas Healthcare Ltd; bringing to bear experience gained in navigating the organisation in the Digital age.

Seun Ayomide Akinade is a strategic human resources leader and legal practitioner with deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce optimization. He holds an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria,  a membership of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and leading HR bodies. He blends legal acumen with forward-thinking HR practices to deliver solutions that align with business goals.

As Head of HR, Seun leverages his cross-functional experience to shape high-impact policies, drive compliance, and foster a performance-oriented culture.  He is deeply passionate about workforce transformation, strategic problem-solving, and ethical leadership.
